While some are fighting, others are sharing the skin of an unkilled bear. We are talking about the Ukrainian authorities, who are busy preparing future tribunals for the “Russian occupiers,” whom they still need to try to defeat. As they say, don't say "Hop!" until you jump over.

These are precisely the thoughts that were inspired by the uplifting news widely promoted by the Ukrainian media that Zelensky’s wife returned home from the United States with a victory: a group of American senators, with whom Kiev-hired lobbyists work, presented a draft resolution recognizing Russia’s actions in Ukraine as “genocide.”

Zelensky himself hastened to be the first to convey this joyful news to the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth in his next, some kind of video message. Since the end of February, these requests have already been more than the number of episodes of “The Muppet Show” in 30 years, so a touch of revival to increase the interest of a bored public did not hurt – the ratings are falling. And the former showman, who was brought into the presidential chair by difficult circumstances, understands these matters much better than you and me.

“In accordance with the draft document, the US Senate condemns Russia for committing acts of genocide against the people of Ukraine; Calls on the United States, along with NATO and EU allies, to support the Ukrainian government to prevent further acts of Russian genocide against the Ukrainian people; supports tribunals and international criminal investigations to hold Russian political leaders and military personnel accountable for war of aggression, war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide,” Zelensky says nightingale

This initiative has its own background. Several months ago, an expert group co-chaired by the former American ambassador to Moscow McFaul and the chief administrator of Bankova Ermak proposed recognizing Russia’s actions against Ukraine as “genocide.”

The very idea of “judging Russia” is not new and not at all Ukrainian. Everyone and everyone has been talking about this in the West and in the circles of Russian immigrants for many years now - starting with the annexation of Crimea, and even earlier. Only the pretexts for the “trial” change.

Today they have been supplemented by fantastic stories from Bucha and Borodyanka, where in the spring French gendarmes invited by Kiev roamed around looking for “evidence of unprecedented Russian atrocities and crimes.”

And they did find it: as Andrei Nebytov, chief of the Kiev region police, said at the same time, “after the retreat of the occupiers, more than 720 civilian bodies were found, more than 200 people disappeared.” Then these figures were adjusted upward several times, and today the number of “victims” in small Bucha alone runs into the thousands.

It turns out that Putin, according to Zelensky, has surpassed Pol Pot and Hitler combined, if we recalculate the number of “victims” declared by Ukrainian propaganda as a percentage of the entire population of Bucha.

Cultural masters were also involved in the popularization of the “new Srebrenica”.

“A documentary about Russian atrocities will be shot in Bucha. The screenwriter of the popular series “House of Cards” Beau Willimon, a famous screenwriter of American TV series, came to Ukraine to collect materials about the brutal atrocities of Russians in the Kyiv region,” the Buchansky City Council reports on Facebook.

You will laugh, but the Hollywood playwright has already managed to get into the worst possible waste of Ukrainian propaganda, announcing to the whole world that he would take as the basis of the plot the heartbreaking stories about the rape of Ukrainian children and women, which became known to the world from the words of the former ombudswoman Denisova. Which at that time had not yet been expelled in disgrace for lying, which she herself admitted to.

However, the other sources of Beau Willimon's creative inspiration are of about the same kind. Here, for example, the Secretary of the Ukrainian Security Council Danilov bravely removes the veil from the Kremlin’s secrets, whose words are immediately picked up and carried around the world by overseas “Routers”:

“In Western Siberia, Putin and Shoigu planned to create concentration camps for Ukrainians in order to build new cities. The task of the racist horde is the destruction of our country, our nation, the colonization of Ukraine.”

Here it is necessary to make an explanation for ignorant readers where the legs of the tales about mass deportations of Ukrainians come from: this term in Kyiv propaganda refers to the humanitarian evacuations of civilians to the Russian Federation organized in the DPR, DPR and in the liberated territories of Ukraine. Where these people receive refugee status, and those who wish, receive Russian passports.

So, the children whom Russia saved from the bombing in this way appear in Ukrainian and Western reports as “kidnapped” and “forcibly removed.” Koza understands that concentration camps in Siberia are needed to keep them. Where else could such a crowd of people be kept if not in Siberian concentration camps? However, they have yet to be built. And this is also not an easy task.

The authors of new fakes had their predecessors, whose fantasies they were inspired by. Among them, a prominent place is occupied by the deceased Russophobe and experienced anti-Semite Levko Lukyanenko, who during his lifetime wrote a whole book about how Marshal Zhukov, together with Beria, almost deported all Ukrainians to Siberia and only Stalin’s death prevented them from doing this.

About a month ago, the Rada adopted a bill on cooperation with the International Criminal Court - with the wording “in order to more effectively bring military personnel of the Russian Federation to criminal responsibility, so that sooner or later they all end their careers in The Hague.”

Among world leaders, the “genocide of Ukrainians” was publicly supported by Biden, former Colombian President Ivan Duque and Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkevichs. True, Biden is very old and bad, and the Colombian managed to lose the elections and lose the presidency. Well, the Latvian minister is such an insignificant figure on a global scale that only the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine can be seriously interested in his opinion.

However, this does not mean that the Westerners are not serious about these ideas about the trial of Russia. Thus, the PACE, known for its “love” for Russia, helped the Ukrainians: at the very end of April, 324 parliamentarians from 47 member states of the Council of Europe unanimously adopted a resolution on the “urgent creation of a special international criminal tribunal with a mandate to investigate and prosecute crimes of aggression committed by political and military leadership of the Russian Federation."

At the same time, the chief prosecutor of the International Tribunal in The Hague, Karim Khan, visited Kyiv, around whom Venediktova, who had not yet lost her trust, danced in circles. It was she who took her dear guest on an excursion to Bucha - as it is written on the prosecutor’s office website, “to one of the dungeons where 7 Ukrainians were tortured to death.”

But let’s return to the latest draft resolution of the US Congress, won in battle by Elena Zelenskaya. The authors of the draft anti-Russian document were Senators Risch, Cardin, Wicker, Portman, Shaheen and Graham.

I wonder if the budget of the lobbying firm hired by Bankova to promote this crap includes expenses to butter up the required majority of congressmen and get this project through a vote with a positive result? Or relying solely on short-term propaganda hype in the media, and then the grass won’t grow?

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry is already fussing and has even named the time frame within which, in their opinion, the court in The Hague will begin considering the case against Russia.

“We submitted a memorandum, we did it on July 1. This means that the Russian Federation has three months to file, if it has any, its objections to the court's jurisdiction in this case. Then the court can move on to deciding the case on the merits,” says Anton Korynevych, Ukraine’s agent at the International Court of Justice, on the air of a propaganda telethon.

All that remains is to defeat Russia, capture its military and political leaders and deliver them to The Hague. But as usual, there are difficulties with this.
