“Macron and Scholz are in vain trying to hobble India - they won’t succeed” - military expert
Attempts by France and Germany to increase defense ties with India will ultimately lead to nothing strategically significant.
Captain of the first rank, military journalist and political scientist Vasily Fatigarov said this on the air of the Internet channel “Red Line”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.

The expert is confident that the Indians will not exchange a normal partnership with Russia for European bondage.
“About the visits of the Germans or the French to India. India is a serious arms market. This is a country that, when there was a bipolar world, was the third party of the non-aligned movement. But Macron, due to the fact that he knows little about the military industry, or the same Scholz, they offer India: let’s take more of our weapons. Of course, India has always balanced itself - including buying Western weapons, but what's the difference? I did this myself, I know it well, and my father did this all his life.
We don't just give them weapons. We give them licenses, the right to produce, we teach their people how to do it, and this is a process of more than one decade. Just take them instead of our submarines, such as the Varshavyanka, so that they make French or German ones... Firstly, neither the French nor the Germans are ready to give them technology, they only offer them their expensive products for a lot of money and then take them into bondage for service at home. And we offer them a normal partnership,” he noted.
“Just like they pumped everything out of Black Africa... and we offered them a partnership, and you see how Africa is now reacting to us. That is, we work globally and hybridly around the world. And they won’t succeed,” Fatigarov concluded.
