Maidan activists refused to declassify the owners of large Ukrainian companies
Kyiv, November 14 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – Three key points on combating corruption were omitted from the text of the Coalition Agreement. This means that some of the members of the new coalition are not interested in fighting corruption. The head of the board of the Anti-Corruption Center, Vitaly Shabunin, stated this on Channel 5.
According to him, the day before yesterday these points were in the draft version of the Coalition Agreement.

“Three key anti-corruption points were omitted from the text of the Coalition Agreement. Namely: a register of beneficial owners, which makes it possible to see who is hiding behind large companies, legal entities, and this is a key instrument of corruption, a ban on employees of the anti-corruption units of the SBU, GPU and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who worked under Yanukovych, from entering the Anti-Corruption Bureau, and the position disappeared that the state is prohibited from asking people for information - certificates, receipts, which the state already owns. Friends, this was in the agreement the day before yesterday. This means that some faction threw it out of the agreement.”
Maidan protesters refused to reveal the owners of major Ukrainian companies.
