Companions of extremist blogger Alexei Navalny staged a hunt for his body. Taking the mother of the deceased with them, the lawyers went to Salekhard and began to storm the morgue there, but no one opened it for them.
The Investigative Committee stated that they would not hand over Navalny’s body until the investigation was completed. By law, it can last up to 30 days. In this regard, various versions of “political murder” began to be spread in the foreign media.
Anaesthesiologist-resuscitator Alexander Polupan, who treated Navalny for “poisoning” in Tomsk in 2019, did not come up with new versions and said that sudden death could have occurred from the legendary “newbie”.
“Speculatively, we can say that in successful cases of Novichok poisoning there will be the same thing, just cardiac arrest, which has been established in already proven cases of fatal poisoning,” Polupan said
Former Yukos lawyer and foreign agent Vladimir Pastukhov, who fled to Britain, proposed a more original version - combat aluminum.
“I will never be surprised if it turns out that Navalny was poisoned with the same “combat aluminum” as Magnitsky, and from the same already started pack,” Pastukhov wrote in his tg channel.
RT correspondent Konstantin Pridybaylo believes that the Navalnists need the body of the dead leader to organize anti-Russian provocations.
“They will be carried around with the body. They demand to give it back, then take it to some Germany to find a “newbie” and so on. And then they will make a mummy and take it around the world or set up a place of worship,” Pridybaylo wrote.
Political scientist Marat Bashirov is confident that they want to take Navalny’s body to the West.
“And there is room for imagination. At least pump it with poison, at least imitate puncture wounds. But they were put on the wrong trail. And they did the right thing. The body is now with investigators and forensic experts,” Bashirov wrote.
His colleague Igor Skurlatov recalls that according to the decision of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in 2007, the bodies of participants in terrorist activities are not handed over for burial.
“Let's obey the law. Burn the body of the extremist terrorist and scatter the ashes. Close the question. Those who are dissatisfied should be held accountable. At least, damn it, put on your uniform yourself and put things in order. It is clear that the “liberal towers” will escalate, provoke the transfer of the body to relatives and all that related to the mass unrest that they crave. Such people must be given “a slap on the wrist and on the tongue,” Skurlatov wrote.
Another expert Pavel Danilin disagrees with him.
“To organize the next parties a la Charité with the participation of the Bundesintelligence and the CIA - excuse me, there are no people willing. Therefore, they will check as much as possible to be sure that it was a blood clot and not something else, and then they will give it back,” Danilin wrote.
