The event brought together about 200 representatives of the Krama-Tatar people. Four standard-bearers in national clothes lined up at the stone as a guard of honor.
Crimean Tatars, arriving individually, laid flowers. After the prayer, they headed to the Ak-mosque area in Simferopol.
