Collapse of Poroshenko’s vertical: Governors spit on the would-be president
The anti-rating of the current president of Ukraine has already exceeded critical indicators, and Petro Poroshenko’s position continues to deteriorate.
Political expert Andrei Zolotarev stated this on the air of the Capital portal, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I don’t presume to judge where Poroshenko is today, but the trend that emerged last winter was that the president was losing almost a percentage point per month, and his rating had clearly gone beyond the critical mark of 10 percent. Actually, he is confidently moving towards the result that Viktor Yushchenko showed,” Zolotarev said.
“He has now crossed the mark when the governor, who receives a representative of Batkivshchyna in his office and is waiting for a call from the president, can afford to say: “I will answer later, let’s continue,” agreed Zolotarev’s interlocutor, political scientist Dmitry Dzhangirov.
