Corrupt officials must be punished: JSC "KSP Krasnoselsky District" appealed to the prosecutor's office
Rospotrebnadzor employees are suspected of passing classified information to Fontanka journalists. The Krasnoselsky District Social Catering Plant JSC filed a corresponding complaint with the prosecutor's offices of the Northwestern Federal District, Leningrad Oblast, and St. Petersburg. The document was published on the company's social media.
According to documents, on April 12, 2021, employees of the St. Petersburg Rospotrebnadzor Ekaterina Dobrovolskaya and Natalya Molchanova conducted an unscheduled inspection of JSC KSP Krasnoselsky District. The next day, the St. Petersburg edition of Fontanka published an article entitled “After Fontanka’s article, Rospotrebnadzor took over the Smolny food plant. He was impressed by the corpses of cockroaches and the floor drainage.”

Moreover, the correspondent knows the official information of Rospotrebnadzor: which food units were inspected and for which institutions food is prepared.
However, according to the law, information about the progress and results of the Rospotrebnadzor inspection cannot be disseminated; this is a malfeasance.
"Rospotrebnadzor officials are not entitled to disseminate information obtained as a result of an inspection that constitutes state, commercial, official, or other legally protected secrets, except in cases stipulated by Russian legislation ," the statement states.
Representatives of JSC "KSP Krasnoselsky District" ask the prosecutor's office to check this information and bring the perpetrators to administrative responsibility.
Previously, media outlets reported on the possible involvement of Natalia Bashketova, head of the St. Petersburg Office of Rospotrebnadzor, and Konstantin Serov, head of the city's Frunzensky District, in destabilizing the situation in the social food market through commissioned materials published by Fontanka.
