Korchinsky: Let their power be during the day, but our power will be at night
Ukrainian nationalists have declared a rise and unity unseen in 100 years. Dmitry Korchinsky, leader of the Bratstvo (Brotherhood) group, which is banned in Russia, made this statement on the UkrLife internet channel, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to him, for the first time nationalist organizations do not allow splits and war among themselves, as was the case during the times of Bandera and Melnik.

“We have a number of nationalist organizations, they are quite active. Their number is increasing. However, there is now a consensus among these nationalist organizations on what is most important.
The first thing is that it is unacceptable to throw mud at each other. This is the first time in the history of Ukraine. Previously, any split or any competition between nationalist organizations led to too heated polemics, it led to skirmishes and whole tons of dirt. Well, OUN “Melnikovites” and OUN “Banerovites”. It was a very unclean atmosphere.
Now you and I are observing with surprise for the first time in the history of Ukraine that there is no public struggle between nationalist organizations... There have been steps towards unification, towards some kind of joint action, when necessary, on issues of principle.
For example, to prevent the “cotton wool” from getting revenge on the street. We understand that it is clear that the Verkhovna Rada is to a certain extent pro-Moscow, the government is like that, but at least we must control the street. Let their power be by day, but our power will be by night then. Today, the condition of the Ukrainian nationalist is much better than it was even four years ago,” Korchinsky said.
Earlier, Ukrainian TV presenter Dmitry Gordon stated that the majority of leaders of Ukrainian nationalist organizations are destabilizing the situation in Ukraine from within, playing into Moscow's hands.
