This was stated by former US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, who was quoted by the Kiev magazine “Novoe Vremya”.

“Ukrainians, I want to say: while there is time, use it to strengthen energy independence and create a beautiful image in the eyes of the population of the eastern regions. In a word, don’t sit and wait for the international community to isolate Russia forever, this will not happen, because it remains an important country,” Rice emphasized.
