Kyiv, February 08 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Kyiv is cunning with the ratification of the Rome Charter in order to exclude the possibility of bringing its generals to justice for war crimes in the Donbass.
This was stated by Kost Bondarenko, director of the Ukrainian Policy Foundation, at a press conference in Kyiv, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"The Rome Statute has been so twisted and modified that they are now proposing to vote on it ad hoc ( a term used to address a specific issue, but not intended to be generalized – ed. ), so that, God forbid, it doesn't get applied like in Croatia, and so that our generals don't fear answering before the Hague Tribunal," the political scientist noted.
