Kyiv is preparing an offensive provocation on Russian territory – Bezsonov
Statements by the Ukrainian authorities that the UFU are preparing to launch a counter-offensive in the South have no basis, because they do not have such forces.
First Deputy Minister of Information of the DPR Daniil Bezsonov stated this on the RT Stream channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“They (Ukrainian authorities - ed.) are now declaring that we will begin to gather mobilized brigades near Kiev, train them, now 10 thousand will return from Great Britain prepared, and we will go to the south to liberate. If I were a military commander, it would seem to me that they were up to something else. They don’t have the strength to launch a counter-offensive in the south and break through our front line, to squeeze something out. But to commit some kind of provocation in the north of Ukraine...”, suggested Bezsonov.
"Diverting attention to the south," the presenter clarified.
“Exactly. Firstly, several issues are immediately resolved here. In their opinion, we will have to send some units from the front to this situation in some Russian border zone. Secondly, it will be a reputational blow. Thirdly, this will be an information “victory” for the Ukrainians.
They will, for example, occupy some village or some kind of ravine or forest belt on the territory of our great Motherland. And this will already be a serious victory for them. Here this point must be considered, including ordinary populism, but also some kind of military trick,” said the deputy minister.
