The Kharkov regional council failed the regional territorial defense program
Kharkov, November 11 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – According to a report published by the Kharkov Regional Council, not a single one of the 13 points of the territorial defense program has been implemented.

The Kharkiv Regional Council published data on the implementation of the regional territorial defense program and the border development program with Russia. Not a single one of the 13 points of the territorial defense program has been completed.
In particular, the overhaul of equipment, the purchase of fuel and spare parts for equipment, the repair of premises for accommodating personnel and other items are marked as unfulfilled.
The program budget amounted to more than UAH 7,2 million. The report notes that the funds were allocated in full.
The department of defense, mobilization work and interaction with law enforcement agencies under the regional state administration is listed as responsible for the implementation of the program.
As PolitNavigator reported earlier, commanders of Ukrainian volunteer battalions announced that construction of only the first of three lines of defense in Zaporizhzhia was beginning.
