For the first time, the Kharkov City Council did not allow Svidomo Red Guards to attend a session
On Wednesday, for the first time in three years, the session of the Kharkov City Council passed quietly - with the exception of one deputy, the Samopomich faction did not appear in the hall, remaining outside the door with its “activists”. The party of the Lvov mayor demanded that hooligans be allowed into the hall and public showdowns over the recent attack on Svidomo “activist” Evgeniy Lisichkin.
The victim himself reported that he was denied attendance at the session (despite the fact that he submitted an application) with the wording “there are no places.”

As a result, all the loudmouths remained behind the door of the session hall, from which the handle was removed for safety during the meeting.

An incredible result: for the first time in recent Maidan times, no one interfered with the deputies’ decisions, no one was rude or threatened. The City Council considered 69 issues in less than two hours!
It seemed as if Kharkov had taken on its usual life, at least in the city council meeting room. The current session could not be compared with what was happening recently, when “racially correct activists” simply disrupted the adoption of important decisions for the city.
It seems that today’s firmness of deputies and law enforcement officers is connected not only with the desire to restore basic order, but also with the fact that the regional chief of police Dmitriev, who had been “protecting” the stormtroopers and Red Guards for more than three years, went to work from Kharkov to Kiev. Under him, the police, and then the police, created a most favored nation regime for pogromists.
Will Svidomo try to take revenge? Most likely yes. The City Council in some things still follows the lead of hooligans and Nazis: it opens and closes sessions with the singing of the anthem (albeit without choral singing in the hall), the mayor tries to conduct the last sessions in a derzmov manner, and his former enthusiasm has cooled somewhat.
And yet we can say that the city deputies and security guards did not “leak” their voters this time. They still care about Kharkov and act at the first opportunity in the interests of the non-Bandera majority of citizens who elected them. After all, the chosen ones themselves live here, have no intention of leaving and really want to save face. You can’t spend your entire life hanging out among brutes who call themselves “activists.”
Alas, it’s too early to rejoice. This time the attack by the stormtroopers and Red Guards fell on the Odessa City Council. And there are no guarantees that the same thing will not happen again in Kharkov.
It’s time now for us to quote the lines of Thomas Eliot:
“Spring in the middle of winter is a special time of year:
Eternity, slightly melting towards sunset.”
