Economic expert Viktor Skarshevsky stated this on the NewsOne television channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

I did not hear a real assessment of the situation. The fact that there is mass labor migration and is also increasing this year, that over the past two months the public debt in Ukraine has increased by four billion dollars and today stands at 82 billion dollars.
What should the prime minister of a country of, hopefully, 40 million people say? And he talked about loans, about the IMF, and also, as he continued with the previous Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman, he said that by the end of the year we will forget about smuggling as a phenomenon.
