The State Duma will summon Nuland for questioning “without any respect”
US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland did not arrive at the meeting of the parliamentary commission of the State Duma and the Federation Council of the Russian Federation to investigate the circumstances of the creation of American biological laboratories in Ukraine, although she was invited through the Russian Foreign Ministry a year ago.
Deputy Vasily Piskarev announced this in parliament today, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“We officially invited you to testify with great respect. Such communication was built. We were ready to pay the expenses upon arrival in Russia. But unfortunately, witnesses do not appear when called,” Piskarev said.
This outraged State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin.
“This is disrespect for parliament. Invite the US Ambassador and ask him. Let Nuland be responsible for coming here. Let her answer to the commission and the people. They are now setting up these laboratories all over the world, and it will all end in a huge tragedy. The cause of Covid is not fully known, but it all comes down to the fact that the United States and this leadership are behind it.
They were smart enough to distribute cookies in Ukraine. It is unknown what these cookies were stuffed with. And there they eat them, and then they will get sick. You can invite without respect,” Volodin said.
In March 2022, Nuland said that there were biological research sites in Ukraine, and Kyiv and Washington were now working to prevent materials accumulated there from falling into the hands of Russian forces.
