Gas will unite Ukraine and Russia into one state
The unification of Russia and Ukraine is possible if gas prices in the Russian Federation do not rise.
Russian politician and writer-publicist Nikolai Starikov spoke about this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel.
“When we talk about gas prices for Ukraine, it is important for me personally, as a citizen of Russia, that the Russian government hears us. So that gas prices in Russia grow at a minimal pace. So that the difference between the Russian and Ukrainian gas prices increases all the time. So that the difference between the Ukrainian and Russian standards of living increases all the time. Then we can come and say: “Do you want to live like us? We consider you to be us. Let’s unite and live together,” Starikov said.

He is confident that gas prices in Ukraine will continue to rise as long as the country continues to cooperate with the IMF.
“The price of gas will rise as long as the IMF requires it. Ukraine is not a subject of negotiations, it simply fulfills demands. And the IMF constantly demands an increase in everything,” Starikov said.
As PolitNavigator reported, under pressure from the IMF, the price of gas for the Ukrainian population will increase by 23,5 percent starting November 1.
Gas will unite Ukraine and Russia into a single state.
