The fugitive liberal economist Vladislav Inozemtsev is outraged that the West did not want to “change Putin’s regime.”
He stated this in an interview with liberal journalist and foreign agent Yulia Latynina, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“There is another strategy that no one is discussing. She's quite risky. At one time, Biden said in Warsaw: Lord, how can we allow this man to be at the head of Russia. This was the only remark by a senior Western leader that was an actual call for regime change. And then the plot disappeared. Why is regime change not considered in relation to Russia? Why is this a complete taboo in the West?!” Inozemtsev is indignant.
He blames the West for not inducing members of the Russian elite to betray.
“If it weren’t taboo, the strategy would be different. In this option, you must engage in consistent work with those representatives of the elite who can betray Putin, kill him, overthrow him, deprive him of support, and show by example that it is possible to leave this system.
Even in the Soviet era, defectors were highly valued. No one escaped from Putin’s system, no one said “fuck” to him. And this is amazing! You have practically created a myth for Putin that absolutely everyone supports him. There are no examples of treason against a war criminal. Guys, how were you able to achieve this outstanding achievement?” Inozemtsev said.
