“This is a big problem” - Kiev expert about the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
The soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces do not know their commanders, who do not leave their headquarters - and have no idea what is happening in the troops.
Ukrainian military expert Artie Green stated this on the Politeka Internet channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“What is happening at headquarters is a big problem. The soldiers do not know their commanders. Where everything was good, the soldiers always knew their commanders. And where not everything is good, they might not even know. All is not well with us.
Moreover, battalion commanders may not know the commanders. It’s just a step up,” Green said.
He emphasized that Ukrainian generals do not leave their headquarters and have no idea what is happening at the front.
“This suggests that the management model is, to put it mildly, quite unusual. The commanders have no feedback - they sit in their headquarters, drawing some pictures. If they didn’t even see the battalion commanders, then what are we talking about? They hear something from the brigade commanders, but this is not feedback,” the expert added.
