Kyiv, January 15 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – At the end of the war in Donbass, Russia will be forced to pay reparations to Ukraine. Ex-adviser to Russian President Vladimir Putin Andrei Illarionov said this on Hromadske TV.

“Sooner or later, Russia will be forced to pay reparations for the harm caused to Ukraine. But for this moment to come, several circumstances are needed. Ukraine must win the war. And this victory must be confirmed legally - through the conclusion of a peace agreement, which will indicate the obligations of the parties,” Illarionov said.
