The ex-minister of the Yanukovych era won a lawsuit against Lutsenko's department
The Kyiv Court of Appeal fully satisfied the appeal of the former Minister of Justice of the Yanukovych era, Elena Lukash.

According to her, we are talking about the provision of data by the Prosecutor General's Office to the Council of the EU in March 2014 for the application of sanctions against ex-officials. Lukash was also included in this list. She says it's illegal.
Lukash stated that the GPU accused her of illegally withdrawing funds abroad, and later that she, as Minister of Justice, gave an illegal instruction to transfer 8,6 million hryvnia.
“True, the GPU forgot to inform the Council of the EU that the “controversial transfer” itself took place two months before my appointment as Minister of Justice. I physically couldn't do anything like that. Such a “time machine,” she wrote.
