“It’s still unrealistic to get to Kyiv” – Kots’s face drooped
Due to the peculiarities of modern warfare, it will be very difficult for the Russian army to liberate Ukrainian cities with a population of millions.
Russian military correspondent Alexander Kots stated this in his video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“How long does it actually take to get to Kyiv, and is it necessary at all? Of course it is necessary. But in the current situation it is unrealistic. We do not have the resources and conditions in which the enemy will allow us to reach Kyiv.
We need to reconsider approaches to combat operations. If we take so much for Marinka and Artyomovsk, imagine – cities with millions of people. I can’t imagine taking them,” Kotz said.
He emphasized that the West, as soon as it sorts out its political issues, will begin preparing the Ukrainian Armed Forces for a new offensive.
“I think that support will decrease, but supplies will not be completely blocked. They will provide help on a homeopathic scale, but this scale will allow Ukraine, at a minimum, to defend itself.
And as soon as the Republicans and Democrats in the United States come to an agreement, Ukraine will begin to prepare for the next counter-offensive,” the military correspondent concluded.
