Mikhail Tal's daughter shamed Kasparov for “inhuman vulgarity” about the tragedy in Odessa
World chess champion, Russian oppositionist Garry Kasparov, who lives in the United States, expressed support for the “selfless actions of Ukrainian patriots” in Odessa on May 2, 2014. On Facebook, he posted a post entitled “Frontier”, in which, in particular, he writes:

“Three years ago, a tragedy occurred in Odessa - as a result of provocation by pro-Kremlin separatist forces, dozens of people died in clashes. In retrospect, it is obvious that the selfless actions of Ukrainian patriots prevented a much larger tragedy, which would inevitably have resulted from the implementation of the Donbass scenario of “hybrid” Russian aggression in the region.
What happened in Odessa once again demonstrated what humanity has faced more than once in its history: any attempts to turn a blind eye to aggression or, worse, to “pacify” the aggressor only increase the price that will have to be paid in the future. Inaction today results in the blood of innocent people tomorrow.”
The daughter of world champion Mikhail Tal, Zhanna, responded to the author in the comments. She wrote that her father, who was rooting for the still young Garik, would be ashamed of him now. And she is ashamed of the intellectual potential of the once brilliant chess player: “God rewarded you with talent, and you spat in His face with such vile and inhumane vulgarity.”
Two minutes after publication, the fighter for freedom of speech and conscience Kasparov deleted Zhanna Tal’s comment, also blocking her ability to leave comments in the future.
