Ukrainian imbeciles and kleptomaniacs need external control – Chervonenko
The United States is tired of watching the Ukrainian authorities flounder in their own inability to govern the state, and they are preparing to introduce external governance in the country.

Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Yevhen Chervonenko stated this on the NewsOne television channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to him, Ukraine needs watchdogs who will ensure that “kleptomaniacs” stop stealing.
“I always hoped for America, but, in my opinion, they have stopped understanding us and just want to take manual control. But I am sure of one thing: they, like an aircraft carrier, take a long time to turn around. But their punishment for deception is always very serious... We behave in such a way that, indeed, sooner or later they will introduce external control over us. Like inferior imbeciles or kleptomaniacs who need to be watched so that they don’t steal something along the way: a pen, a piece of paper, a cup. But this is what is coming, gentlemen,” Chervonenko believes.
