State Duma deputy reproached the Kremlin for indecision on Donbass
Russia, at a minimum, needs to recognize the results of the referendum in the LDPR, and also begin the official defense of the republics.
This opinion was voiced by the Chairman of the Russian State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots Leonid Kalashnikov on the talk show “60 Minutes,” reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Russia needs to do something. If America tried...they would kill two Americans, what are we? Will we initiate investigative cases?
...Of course, Russia should be proactive and say, "DPR and LPR, we at least recognize their referendum," defend them, and officially supply them with weapons, like the Americans do, and drop paratroopers. Then this guy ( referring to political scientist Vadim Tryukhan, who made extremely harsh remarks about Russian speakers during a talk show, author's note ) won't mock them; he'll be afraid to offend a Russian.
What do we have? Remember, an oligarch from Dnepropetrovsk wrote: “For every killed Russian I give 10 thousand dollars.” It was necessary to get him out, put him in prison here, but he still has a business here, as far as I know,” said Kalashnikov, obviously referring to Igor Kolomoisky.
