Deindustrialization of Ukraine is progressing by leaps and bounds
The once industrialized Ukraine is rapidly turning into an agricultural country, the President of the Ukrainian Analytical Center Alexander Okhrimenko, candidate of economic sciences, stated at a press conference in Kyiv.

“There have been significant changes in the structure of the economy. Previously, the share of agriculture was 9%, now it is 20%. Moreover, 40% of the export structure for 10 months of this year was food products. This is a colossal leap; just 3 years ago it was less than 10%. Ukraine has really relied on the agricultural sector,” Okhrimenko said.
Let us recall that a significant part of Ukrainian industrial enterprises lost their markets after the severance of ties with Russia.
