Belarus is interested in accepting refugees from Donbass. The director of the Liberal Club, Nikita Belyaev, stated this on the ONT TV channel.

According to him, immigrants will help improve the demographic situation in Belarus and revive problematic sectors of the economy.

“These are opportunities for Belarus, since in the near future our demographic situation is not very good, we are interested in raising the birth rate. Secondly, there are a number of industries in Belarus where there is an acute shortage of personnel. These are medicine, agriculture, and an influx of personnel into these areas would help revive them,” Belyaev said.
