The Belgorod region again suffered from Ukrainian shelling
The Ukrainian Armed Forces shelled the city of Gaivoron, located near the border with Ukraine.
Belgorod Region Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov announced this on his Telegram channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“An industrial facility came under fire in the Grayvoronsky urban district. The solvent tank caught fire. The transformer block was damaged by shell fragments, causing a partial power outage in the city and neighboring village. There were no injuries,” Gladkov wrote.
At the moment, all social facilities and the bulk of the population already have electricity. About two thousand residents remain without electricity.
Previously, Grayvoron, located 8 km from the border with Ukraine, came under fire only once - on July 14, an explosive device was dropped on the city from a quadcopter.
Until November 21, the territory of the Belgorod region has a “yellow” level of terrorist threat. Also, the decree banning the use of firecrackers, fireworks and fireworks has been extended for two weeks.
