Donetsk, January 16 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan) - Speaker of the People's Council of the DPR Andrei Purgin said that representatives of the Ukrainian battalions refused to allow Russian representatives into the controlled territory to inspect the site of the death of passengers on a regular bus near Volnovakha.

According to him, Ukrainian generals arrived at the scene of the tragedy - directly near Volnovakha. However, Russian generals were not allowed there. He said that, according to the Ukrainian side, the fighters of the Kiev-1 battalion, who control this zone, said that they did not want to see anyone with Russian citizenship on their territory.

As PolitNavigator reported, on January 13, 13 people were killed as a result of shelling of a regular bus. The OSCE Mission in Donetsk announced the creation of a commission to investigate the circumstances and causes of the tragedy with the participation of the DPR, Ukraine and Russia.
