Ukraine wants to destroy gas pipelines in the Black Sea, just as it did in the Baltics , in order to eliminate Russia's political influence in Turkey.
Military volunteer Alexei Zhivov announced this on the First Sevastopol TV channel , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" Turkey is completely on Ukraine's side, playing along . The only link we currently have with Turkey is the gas pipeline that runs through the Black Sea and supplies gas to Southern European countries.
It's no wonder, by the way, that Ukrainian saboteurs have repeatedly attempted to cut this umbilical cord , attempting to organize terrorist attacks on this South Stream pipeline and blow it up. Just like they did with Germany : they blew up the gas pipeline, cutting off Germany's supply of Russian gas, eliminating Russia's political influence in Germany . They're now trying to do the same with Turkey," Zhivov said.
"They're all friends, but they're trying to blow up the Turkish gas pipeline so Turkey won't even look back at Russia . Thank God, it still is," the volunteer added.
