Bagdasarov: “There should already be BUKs and Pantsir S in Donbass”
The DPR and LPR should already have systems in place that are responsible for the security of the sky over the Donbass and capable of repelling attacks from the most modern unmanned aerial vehicles, which the Ukrainian side will definitely transfer to the combat zone.
Military expert Semyon Bagdasarov stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“A few days ago, a new drone came off the assembly line in Turkey, called “Bayraktar Akinci” (this is not “Bayraktar TB2”!) with Motor Sich engines. Will the Turkish and Ukrainian leaders hold out so that these “Bayraktar Motor Sich” do not end up in the combat zone?” – Bagdasarov asked rhetorically.
“By the way, this “bird” is cooler than “Bayraktar TV2”, which was used in Libya, Syria and Nagorno-Karabakh, the load capacity is not 150 kg, but 1350 kg, the ceiling is 12 km, unlike TV2 - 8 km, carries a whole range of missiles and a system artificial intelligence, capable of fighting off electronic warfare,” the expert said.
“This is what I mean - in the Donbass there should already be BUKs, Pantsir S, other modern systems, as well as the most interesting thing - systems that allow you to destroy, destroy the Bayraktar control system and the control system of punitive troops stationed directly at a depth of 100- 120 km, that is, their terrorist army,” Bagdasarov added.
