50-year-old Armed Forces members en masse refuse to die
In the very “aged” Ukrainian army, elderly conscripts found a legally competent way to evade deadly assaults.
Military correspondent Alexander Kots stated this on the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“They send recruits to the front who have not been trained by anyone, and they are often over 50 years old. And they are regularly sent into battle without even a few days of training.
At the same time, many, after the first battle, understanding what they are faced with, write a refusal to participate in hostilities, and no responsibility frightens them.
It should be noted here that such a document does not carry with it any legal consequences, because it seems to be not desertion, and you cannot be imprisoned for it. But people refuse to go into battle,” Kots said.
He emphasized that for this reason, the combat units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are forced to fight without rotation and vacations.
“It is clear that not everyone is there and there are combative, motivated units who are trying to do something on the front line. But, nevertheless, such a phenomenon began to appear in the Ukrainian troops.
There are complaints that the same brigades are fighting at the front, and people are not removed from the front line for six months or more. That is, there is no rotation,” added the military correspondent.
