As the chairman of the Kyiv and Kuibyshevsky districts, Ivan Prikhodko, reports on his Facebook page, the fire department was damaged due to the shelling; there was a direct hit on the substation of the mine named after. Zasyadko, several boiler houses are de-energized. In addition, a technical water supply point 30 meters away was shelled.
