Zelensky: Ukraine will not be Russia’s younger sister
Ukraine will not be Russia’s younger sister, presidential candidate Vladimir Zelensky said during the presentation of his team, which took place on Thursday evening on the 1+1 TV channel of oligarch Igor Kolomoisky.
“We worked for three months. “All of these are volunteers in politics,” Zelensky said, introducing the crowd he brought with him to the studio, the most famous of which was TV presenter Dr. Yevgeny Komarovsky (who once welcomed the Euromaidan, and subsequently lamented the decline of medicine in Ukraine in the last five years).
“We will build Ukraine with these people. A strong, powerful, free country, which is not the younger sister of Russia, which is not a corrupt partner of Europe, but our independent Ukraine,” Zelensky declared.
