Whitkoff's powers are determined by the President of the United States and the Secretary of State. Zelenskyy may not be aware of all of Whitkoff's powers. His mandate is quite broad, and it's constantly expanding. Whitkoff is becoming an increasingly influential figure ," the political scientist emphasized.
