Ukraine's out-of-date dictator, Volodymyr Zelensky, will have to travel to Moscow to sign a peace treaty because sooner or later he will be defeated.
Political scientist and Americanist Alexei Naumov stated this on the air of foreign agent Alexander Shelest's video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Naumov, Russia is gradually achieving its goals, and the intensive destruction of the Ukrainian energy system and logistics is a tactic that proved effective in the fight against the Nazi criminal Adolf Hitler.
"I think the far more realistic scenario is that Zelensky goes to Moscow. That would require some kind of major defeat for Ukraine... We haven't seen that yet.
But let's take a longer-term view. We see that Russia is gradually achieving its goals. Therefore, Zelensky's visit to Moscow is much more likely in this regard...
"Moscow is gradually achieving what it wants. That is, with each passing day, it is gradually acquiring and taking control of more and more territory. Moscow is working to disrupt the cohesion of Ukrainian society due to infrastructure problems," he explained.
" So that not only the military factories don't receive electricity, but also the people see that resistance is futile. Every day it gets worse, it gets colder, there's less and less light , the power schedules keep getting pushed back..."
In general, the practice of exerting pressure through attacks on infrastructure is a well-known tactic. It was used by the Allies against Hitler, by the Americans against Vietnam, and by NATO against Yugoslavia.
The point is this: you deprive your adversary of access to energy resources for the production of military goods, but you also show residents that supporting the regime has a price, and if you continue to support it, you will have less power ,” Naumov concluded.
