President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, vacationing abroad as a private individual, can easily be arrested in third countries, since he is deprived of diplomatic immunity.

Former Ukrainian Economy Minister Volodymyr Lanovoy announced this on the NASH TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
