Zelensky really became an example for the entire ex-USSR
Vladimir Zelensky, who a year ago boasted of his sudden victory in the presidential elections, declaring the result of the campaign in Ukraine a model for the entire ex-USSR, has indeed become such an example, but a negative one - the state system does not work due to the fact that at the top of the power pyramid there is a person without the necessary management experience.
Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev said this on air on the 112 TV channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Zelensky is the last president with the powers that have been in the Ukrainian constitution since 1996. It changed, was rewritten, but the figure of the president still remained unshakable - he is the supreme politician of Ukraine. He is the personnel, he is the Cabinet of Ministers, and so on.
Zelensky has shown that he cannot do this, moreover, it is destructive. If a smart person were there, he could maintain this system for another five to ten years, because he would skillfully use these levers that are there.
And since Zelensky is not a politician, he is inept, he has never managed anything except the collective of the “95th quarter”, incompetent from the point of view of this management in the post-Soviet style - this suggests that we do not need such a presidential post.
We need a normal parliamentary-party republic, where coalitions will be formed, and the prime minister, as the leader of this coalition, will have all these powers concentrated,” he noted.
Vadim Karasev emphasized that it was under Vladimir Zelensky that the unviability of the Ukrainian political system became obvious.
“In fact, we were waiting for such a person. It is already clear that this president, as the supreme politician, is a post-Soviet model. Russian, Belarusian, does not work in Ukraine. But as soon as someone clamps down, for example, the “strong business executive” Yanukovych comes and runs away. “A strong politician and businessman” Poroshenko comes, this system is still beginning to live out its life, she is given artificial ventilation, this president resuscitates.
A person comes who doesn’t know what it means to “manage in the Soviet way,” so it turns out that Goncharuk is prime minister once, Shmygal is two, Bogdan is the head of the office, Ermak is the head of the office, there are no ministers. This means that that’s it, the system is not working,” the expert concluded.
