Ze-regime exposes civilians to attacks in order to disrupt the peace process
Despite numerous repetitions of the same scenario, the Ukrainian command continues to accumulate manpower and equipment in residential areas.
Ukrainian political scientist Ruslan Bortnik stated this on air on the Politeka video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“There should be some punishments, it seems to me, also from the point of view of organizing various processes of troop management, administrative processes, because if the versions voiced by, let me remind you, official people, a people's deputy or the mayor of the city in this region are right, then it's time to punish for this.
"After all, such events and tragedies are repeated , like the 128th Brigade, as recently happened in the Dnipropetrovsk region. If these are new repetitions of the same processes, then there should be some kind of organizational conclusions and punishments," Bortnik said.
He stressed that this attack will now be used by the "war party" to complicate peace negotiations.
"But I want to talk about the political consequences. You see, this tragedy is playing the role of a new Bucha; it's once again raising the barest level of hatred in Ukrainian society. And this tragedy makes any negotiation process, which the American administration, above all, is currently trying to intensify as much as possible, even more difficult . It creates enormous political problems in terms of ending the war.
" And this strike not only killed 34 people and wounded over 100 in the Sumy region, but could also affect all Ukrainians, given the continued fighting , the impossibility of reaching any kind of peace agreement, and everything else. This is the greatest risk," Bortnik added.
