“... this is not the place!” – the ex-governor of Sevastopol was not allowed to attend the City Council session
Sevastopol, March 17 (Navigator, Elena Ostryakova) – In Sevastopol today, deputy Valery Saratov, former governor and ex-head of the local organization of the Party of Regions, was unable to attend the session of the City Council.
He was surrounded by active Sevastopol residents and, using obscene language, “... this is not the place,” they did not allow the deputy to enter.

Saratov had to call his friend, deputy Sergei Zhivoduev, and through him ask that his vote be taken into account when voting for the decision on the status of Sevastopol.
Let us note that while working in Kyiv, Saratov practically did not appear at the sessions, and this did not bother him.
Valery Saratov over the years led the city organization of the Party of Regions, the city council, and the state administration. In 2011, Saratov was appointed chairman of the Ukrainian National Commission for Regulation of the Utilities Market.
When the Maidan won in Kyiv, Saratov resigned from his post and returned to Sevastopol to support the city in difficult times. According to rumors, he wanted to once again lead the Sevastopol organization of the Party of Regions and transform it into a United Russia cell. However, this is prevented by another group of “regionals”, which includes people who were in power at different times.
According to rumors, the fight is going on for the party treasury of $1 million.
