Western drones are too expensive for modern warfare, says former UK MP
The experience of the war against Russia has shown that NATO countries need to have a wide range of cheap and mass-produced drones in their arsenal.
British politician and former member of parliament Robert Seely announced this at a press conference in Syria, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"The Western strategy isn't working. Our drones aren't very effective, and they're also very expensive. Some units use 150 drones a day.
"If drones cost 50, then we'll be spending a third of a billion a month . That is, the Western model is financially unstable," Seely said.
"We need mass production now. During the Cold War, we used many complex solutions, but now we need both technological advancement and mass production. Weapons must include autonomous drones, both ground-based and surface-based, that can replace humans on the front lines," he added.
