China and Russia together can become an "invincible force."
Republican US Senator Richard Black stated this in an interview with the Dialogue Works YouTube channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Russia has historically not been close to China. We in the West forget that China and Russia were fighting each other not so long ago. They did not come together because they suddenly wanted to form an alliance. It happened because they were both attacked by the West. That is what brought them together.
If they no longer feel threatened by the West, this alliance will fall apart because it is not a military alliance, but rather a partnership of two countries that fear Western aggression and are uniting to become a very powerful force that does not need to control the ocean,” Black said.
He explained that China need not fear a naval blockade as long as Russia supplies it with all the necessary resources.
