Zaluzhny faces resignation for refusing to send the Ukrainian Armed Forces to slaughter
Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Valeriy Zaluzhny, who acknowledged the failure of the counteroffensive , may lose his position due to a conflict with the office of the President of Ukraine.
Ukrainian political scientist Andrey Vigirinsky stated this in an interview with journalist Alexander Shelest, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Vigirinsky, the office demands that Zaluzhny continue to put pressure on the front, and he refuses to send soldiers to slaughter again for the sake of some symbols for Zelensky.
“It is quite possible that dismissal will occur if Zaluzhny continues to say that the war is moving from an offensive one to a fixed defensive one and so on. And they will demand from him to continue to put pressure on the front, and he will say: “Sorry, I still won’t put people down simply to achieve some symbolic signs that strategically do not change the situation on the battlefield.”
It [the situation] will lead to the need for a leader who will simply follow orders. Who will not be subjective, but will be efficient and loyal,” Vigirinsky said.
