Zakharchenko questioned the DPR's negotiations with Kiev
Donetsk, October 20 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The Prime Minister of the proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic, Alexander Zakharchenko, said that the authorities of the DPR and Kyiv are not conducting any negotiations on a truce.

According to Zakhachrenko, today’s shelling of Donetsk undermines the negotiation process between the DPR and Kiev.
“Of course, we can’t sit down at all (at the negotiating table - editor’s note) about a truce with the security forces,” Zakharchenko said, as quoted by RIA Novosti.
As PolitNavigator reported, today in Donetsk, according to preliminary data, a Tochka-U ballistic missile exploded.
