Yanukovych allowed the Americans to deliver money and equipment for the Maidan
Kyiv, February 24 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – Viktor Yanukovych allowed the United States to deliver money and equipment for Euromaidan by plane, former Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov admitted on the air of the “Right to Know” talk show.

He said that Yanukovych knew about the West’s “help” to the Maidan protesters and did not limit it in any way.
“We received operational information that the Americans were going to land two planes with supposedly diplomatic mail, but in fact, there were funds to finance militants and some kind of communication devices. Here the president decided not to create a conflict and not to block,” Azarov said.
Yanukovych allowed Americans to deliver money and equipment to the Maidan.
