VSUshniks were left to freeze on the front line without fuel and winter equipment
The Joint Forces Operations Headquarters Commission revealed that in the Ukrainian Armed Forces brigade on the front line there was a lack of autonomous heating stoves, solid fuel for them, as well as a lack of winter clothing and personal armor protection.
The official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR, Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko, announced this at a briefing today, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“On January 21, a comprehensive commission from the headquarters of the operational-tactical group “North” arrived to check the deployment of units of the 30th separate mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which arrived to replace units of the 72nd brigade. During the inspection, the commission revealed the absence of autonomous heating stoves and solid fuel for them, and a drill inspection of the brigade personnel showed that the personnel were not provided with winter uniforms and personal armor protection,” Marochko said.
As a reminder, it was previously reported that a Ukrainian Armed Forces serviceman died in the Joint Forces Operation zone from pneumonia due to poor medical care.
The LPR People's Militia also reported that a hepatitis A epidemic had broken out in the Ukrainian Armed Forces due to unsanitary living conditions for military personnel and improper vaccinations.
