This information was provided during a briefing by the official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR, Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The criminal Kiev government demonstratively refuses to fulfill the obligations assumed in Minsk. Units of the LPR NM were again accused of shelling Ukrainian positions from the area of ​​the Prince Igor monument, as a result of which the Ukrainian Armed Forces military personnel will not withdraw forces and assets on the Stanitsa-Luganskaya bridge. Such statements and these facts have nothing to do with reality, which is confirmed by the OSCE SMM. According to the SMM, these were rocket-propelled anti-tank grenades within the disengagement area, which were fired from the territory controlled by the government of Ukraine, from east to west, it turns out also on territory controlled by Ukraine... There is a clear provocation, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are shelling their own positions and blaming us for it “, said Marochko.
