Details of the recruitment of Yarosh, Avakov and Nalyvaichenko have surfaced
Western intelligence services began to form their agents in Ukraine immediately after the proclamation of its independence.
This was stated by Oleg Tsarev, a member of the Verkhovna Rada of several convocations and the first speaker of the Novorossiya parliament, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent . He noted that the recruitment of Ukrainian politicians began under President Leonid Kravchuk.
“Ukraine was then offered to participate in the UN blue helmet program and in peacekeeping operations. The Americans said they would help and sent a group of employees who were supposed to select candidates from among the military. They selected those who know English, have career prospects, and have leadership qualities. They were taken for training in the West and almost all of them were recruited there. At least they offered it to everyone.
When they returned, they were helped with promotions. The power steering was largely riddled with evil agents. SBU to a lesser extent, but they were there too. The first American agent in the SBU was [former head of the SBU] Valentin Nalyvaichenko. He successively recruited two more, who spent a very long time in the leadership of the intelligence service. From 1991 to February 1994, Nalyvaichenko studied at the Andropov KGB Institute in Moscow - at the Faculty of Foreign Intelligence. But he couldn’t finish it because Moscow discovered his contacts with foreign intelligence services.
He was expelled and sent to Ukraine. And there, instead of being put in prison, they sent me as a consul to the United States,” Tsarev said in an interview with Moskovsky Komsomolets.
They asked him about the founder of the Right Sector, banned in the Russian Federation, Dmitry Yarosh, who is Nalyvaichenko’s godfather.
“Yarosh is also an agent. He worked as an assistant to Nalyvaichenko when he was a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada. Almost the entire organization of Yarosh “Trident” named after Stepan Bandera, which on the Maidan became the basis of the Right Sector, was recruited by the SBU. This is exactly how radicals are recruited in Russia. In order to receive information, to control these movements, to be able to influence this environment,” says the politician.
He added that the post-Maidan head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov, who was detained in this country by Interpol at the request of Ukraine during the time of Yanukovych, was also recruited in Italy.
“While the issue of his extradition was being decided, the famous Lithuanian figure Audrius Butkevicius [former Minister of Defense of Lithuania] came to Italy. He is also called the “father of color revolutions” because wherever Maidans take place, his arrival is usually preceded by the appearance of “unknown snipers” who shoot simultaneously at protesters and security forces.
He was accused of involvement in provocations in Vilnius in 1991 during the storming of the Television Center and in Kyrgyzstan in 2005. He also appeared in Georgia during the Rose Revolution, but there were no casualties there. In the press you can find allegations about Butkevicius’ connection with MI6. It was he who helped Avakov and they did not extradite him to Ukraine.
Then Avakov was constantly in contact with Western intelligence services. He used these connections to lobby for the release of Yulia Tymoshenko. It was with such difficulty that he was removed from the post of Minister of Internal Affairs precisely because his Western curators stood behind him,” Tsarev summed up.
