Volker acted as an international provocateur
The statement by US State Department Special Representative Kurt Volker that the LDPR has no place in the discussion of the deployment of peacekeepers to Donbass should be regarded as a provocation.

This opinion was expressed by Deputy of the People’s Council of the DPR Miroslav Rudenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Volker behaves not like a diplomat and politician, but like some kind of international provocateur who is trying to aggravate the situation and play in the interests of Ukraine.
Recently, information surfaced that at one time he worked in a lobbying structure that was engaged in promoting the interests of Poroshenko in Ukraine. In this regard, he is a very strange candidate for a negotiator,” the deputy said.
In his opinion, such a statement once again proves that Volcker cannot be a negotiator and a disinterested party who is really looking for ways to resolve the conflict, but plays in favor of one of the parties to the conflict.
The Donetsk politician also recalled that Minsk-2, which will soon be three years old, clearly spells out an algorithm agreed upon with all parties to the conflict.
“We are also not very eager to conduct a dialogue with Poroshenko, but for the purpose of a political settlement, this model of the Minsk Protocol was created. Its goal is to create a negotiation platform, bilateral discussion of all issues and search for a solution to the conflict through a political settlement,” Rudenko emphasized.
Volker played the role of an international provocateur.
