Volker has shed his sheep's clothing
Statements by State Department Special Representative Kurt Volker during his last visit to Kiev indicate that, contrary to expectations, the United States is not persuading Ukraine to implement the Minsk agreements, but, on the contrary, is seeking to bury agreements that are unfavorable for the regime of Petro Poroshenko and provoke a massacre in the Donbass.

“Volker’s goal and task is to finally bury the Minsk agreements, replacing them with some new document. Which is exactly what the US State Department is working on right now.
The US task in this situation is to provide political, moral and financial support for the Poroshenko regime. We cannot rule out the start of deliveries of lethal weapons.
However, while the United States is acting in a diplomatic game in order to bury the Minsk agreements, to achieve the introduction of some kind of peacekeeping contingent that would, first of all, take control of the Russian-Ukrainian border and, thus, create conditions for the further Croatian scenario, “So that the Ukrainian Armed Forces can freely invade the DPR and LPR and carry out massacres and cleansing there,” Korotchenko said.
