Russia cannot be exhausted by war, but the West can wait for the “Black Swan” - Zolotarev
Russia has enough resources to build up its military-industrial complex and continue its military-industrial complex for several more years.
Ukrainian political scientist Andrei Zolotarev stated this on the Politeka Internet channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“As for Russia, it’s no secret that Putin has finances that allow him to finance the war for at least three years. Revenues from the oil and gas sector, which have not fallen but only increased, allow him to pay military bills.
And moreover, we see an unprecedented increase in the military budget of the Russian Federation, a reboot of the military complex, which, although with a creak, is gaining momentum,” Zolotarev reasoned.
“As for the duration, there are a number of estimates that everything will continue until the spring or summer of 2025. But in the current world there are a lot of black swans that turn a completely logical and understandable course of events upside down,” the political scientist added.
